Regulatedimmigration Terms of Service and Agreement

The following document, referred to as Agreement or Terms of Service (TOS) outlines the terms of services for the Regulatedimmigration website, hereby referred to as ‘us’, ‘we’, or ‘our’.
The Agreement details the legal agreements between Regulatedimmigration and you, as our client. It is very important to read it and understand these terms before proceeding to the Regulatedimmigration site, as they are legally binding.
When you visit, browse or access our website, you are agreeing to the conditions outlined in the Agreement and you are agreeing to abide by the TOS before using our services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

Everything on the Regulatedimmigration website such as content, functionality and features are owned by Regulatedimmigration. As such, they are trademarked and patented. They are also protected by trade secret, international copyright and other proprietary rights and intellectual property laws.
Content from our website can only be used with our express permission and must be linked back to Regulatedimmigration.

TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCESS:

Should we detect or suspect fraudulent or unethical behavior on your part while you are browsing our site, your access to Regulatedimmigration may be terminated without cause, notice or warning. This may result in loss of personal data as well as forfeiture and destruction of any and all of your information.
Provisions in this Agreement such as warranty disclaimers, indemnity, ownership provisions and limitations of liability shall survive termination.

GOVERNING LAW:

The rules, policies and guidelines outlined in this Agreement will be governed, construed and enforced in accordance to the laws of London, UK. without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Any changes or amendments to the Agreement in the future will be governed by the same laws.

AMENDMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE:

Regulatedimmigration maintains the right to periodically make changes and amendments to this TOS as required. The right to make these changes and modifications is at our discretion. Once a change is made, the updated TOS will be posted on the website with the date indicating when the change was made.
As the consumer and client, it is your responsibility to occasionally review the Agreement for any changes.
If you cannot agree to these terms and conditions, please do not access our website any further. Should you continue to use our site and services, you are agreeing to abide by the changes in the Agreement.

Who is the Eligibility Calculator for?

Our Eligibility Calculator is for anyone who wants to immigrate to Canada through the Express Entry Program, but may be overwhelmed by complicated government websites and immigration jargon.

We offer a more accessible, faster version of the official CRS questionnaire to provide an estimate of your score and connect you with an approved immigration consultant who can help you target areas for improvement.

Our goal is to bring you another step closer to your future in Canada, and provide you with the support you need to get there.

Our Core Algorithm

Our Eligibility Calculator uses an algorithm based on 2 variables:

  • Our team’s experience and knowledge of eligibility assessments for those curious about the immigration process
  • The official CRS criteria used by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to assess and score each candidate’s Express Entry profile, and to rank the candidate against others in the pool

After Calculating Your Eligibility Score

Calculating your Eligibility Score is only the first step toward Canadian immigration. With a minimum of 67 points, you’ll be able to submit your profile to the Express Entry program.

With the estimated score from our tool, you will have a clearer idea of whether or not you qualify as a candidate, and will have the opportunity to connect with one of our immigration partners. We strongly recommend hiring an approved Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to calculate your CRS score and assist you with your Express Entry application.
